Our Family Rooms are great for 2 adults and 2 children and are located on the lower ground floor (accessible by an internal staircase).

These rooms feature a Queen sized bed and a single bed bunk set. The ensuite bathroom has a shower over the bath and includes a complimentary hairdryer.

The outdoor furnished balcony walks out on to the Tongariro National Park and another large communal outdoor deck. The room features Free & unlimited WiFi, wardrobe, desk, digital TV, mini fridge, kettle with tea & coffee making facilities.

The room is also suitable for a trundle bed or baby cot (fee applies).

DEPOSIT POLICY

First nights’ accommodation rate taken on day of booking.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Summer 1st November to 30 June -Cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours = 100% of the total accommodation will be charged.

Winter 1 July to 31 October – Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours = 100% of the total accommodation will be charged.

NO SHOW POLICY

100% of Total Stay will be charged.

KEY POLICY

a $50 fee will be charged to replace any lost keys.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Skotel Alpine Resort respectfully reserves the right to check photo identification.
