The Superior Queen Room features a King-sized bed and private ensuite bathroom. Each room includes free unlimited WiFi, a wardrobe, desk, mini fridge, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Bathroom amenities, including a hairdryer, are provided for your convenience.

These rooms include a private outdoor balcony with views of Tongariro National Park. A baby cot or trundle bed can be added on request (additional charges apply).

DEPOSIT POLICY

First nights’ accommodation rate taken on day of booking.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Summer 1st November to 30 June -Cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours = 100% of the total accommodation will be charged.

Winter 1 July to 31 October – Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours = 100% of the total accommodation will be charged.

NO SHOW POLICY

100% of Total Stay will be charged.

KEY POLICY

$50 fee will be charged to replace any lost keys.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Skotel Alpine Resort respectfully reserves the right to check photo identification.
