-The Hatrick Tour departs from their Taumarunui depot, which is about a 45 minute drive from Skotel Alpine Resort. A 1 hour tour – 45km return journey by Jet Boat exploring the upper reaches of the Whanganui River over small rapids.

-The Lavendar Run Tour a 3 hour tour – 40km return journey by Jet Boat to Lauren’s Lavender Farm on the Whanganui River. Departs at 09:00am from Taumarunui. Return shuttle from Cherry Grove included.

-The ‘creme de la creme’ is the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ journey an 8 hour tour – 232km return journey by Jet Boat down the Whanganui River to the famous Bridge to Nowhere. Return shuttle and local guide included. Departs at 08:00am from Taumarunui.
Your ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ journey departs from the upper most region of the Whanganui River in Taumarunui. Travelling down stream you’ll pass through King Country farmland and bush clad hills then into the middles reaches of the Whanganui National Park. Within the Whanganui National Park you’ll see deep gorges masked in native bush,banks encased with ferns, caves and waterfalls. See remnants of the days when the river was used by steamboats and of early settlement. Arrive at the Mangaparua landing – gateway to the infamous Bridge to Nowhere. Take a beautiful and easy 40 minute native bush walk to the bridge. Here you can sit and relax, and imagine what it must have been like to live there for the early pioneering families On the return journey, stop for a riverside lunch before continuing on with time to enjoy the scenery and plentiful bird life
