- First nights’ accommodation rate taken on day of booking.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
- Summer 1st November to 30 June -Cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours = 100% of your first nights’ accommodation will be charged.
Winter 1 July to 31 October – Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours = 100% of your first nights’ accommodation will be charged.
AMENDMENT FEE
- A $30.00 administration fee is taken for any modifications made outside 48 hours in Summer & 72 hours in Winter of arrival date. No modifications permitted within cancellation period.
NO SHOW POLICY
- 100% of Total Stay will be charged.
KEY POLICY
- a $50 fee will be charged to replace any lost keys.
