4x4 National Park Event: The 3rd and 4th of March this year will see 4x4 enthusiasts from around the country flock to the Ruapehu for the annual 4x4 National Park. Organisers are again working with nearby Landcorp farms to provide access to fantastic 4x4 terrain along with beautiful scenery. Funds raised from the 2012 event will go to the Ruapehu Alpine Rescue Organisation (RARO). Trip fees are $70 per vehicle. To request a registration form email 4x4 National Park.

We often get thank you cards and notes from satisfied guests but this week we received a very special one - a picture painted by 4 year old Romi and thanks from her parents for entertaining her with feeding the fish and providing colouring-in pages - a family of 7 that had a great time
